Terms of use

The service

Telemontage IT i Uddevalla AB (Tacerto), reg. no. 559164-6426, provides a WhatsApp relay for customers who use Mobigo. The relay receives WhatsApp events from Meta and forwards them to the customer's own Mobigo server.

What applies

Tacerto delivers events as soon as the customer's server answers. An event that could not be delivered is deleted after 72 hours.

Personal data

The customer is the data controller and Tacerto a processor. See the privacy policy.

Deleting data

To request deletion, mail support@tacerto.se and say which data it concerns. Events expire on their own after 72 hours. Data already delivered sits on the customer's Mobigo server, so ask the customer to delete it there.
