Who we are

Telemontage IT i Uddevalla AB (Tacerto), reg. no. 559164-6426, runs the WhatsApp relay. Contact: support@tacerto.se.

What the relay does

The relay receives WhatsApp events from Meta: replies from recipients, delivery reports and template status changes. It forwards each event to the customer's own Mobigo server.

What we keep

An event is held encrypted in a queue until the customer's server has accepted it, and for 72 hours at most. After that it is deleted. The relay keeps nothing else: no message content beyond the waiting event. Operational logs contain only technical ids and status codes, never message text or phone numbers.

Responsibility for the data

The customer, meaning the Mobigo licensee, is the data controller. Tacerto is a processor and handles the events only to deliver them to the customer.

Your rights

To have data about you deleted, write to support@tacerto.se. Events expire on their own after 72 hours.
